Cudahy Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation installation, removal, and related services in Cudahy, CA and surrounding areas. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in a written estimate or service agreement provided to the customer before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. An estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted in writing. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit. If unforeseen conditions are discovered during work (such as hidden damage, moisture, or structural issues), we will notify you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Verbal pricing discussions do not constitute a binding agreement.
Appointments for estimates and service work are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that customers notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated cancellations without notice may result in us being unable to serve you.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window. Delays due to traffic, weather, or prior job overruns will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
Payment terms are specified in your written service agreement. In general:
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances.

We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect related to our installation is identified within 1 year of project completion, we will return to assess and correct the issue at no charge. This warranty applies to labor only and does not cover material manufacturer defects (which are subject to the manufacturer warranty), damage caused by customer modifications, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside our scope of work. Warranty service requires written notice within the warranty period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cudahy Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of this Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that project. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain implied warranties or damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
The information on this Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
